This seems to be a really promising tool for novice users to make serious games.

You can create linear or non-linear games with achievements, badges etc... Once again, this is just a tool.. the main challenge is to identify the learning (or communication) objectives which should support the business objectives and then "translate" these learning objectives into game objectives...
