Game design success drivers


Few years ago, I have been invited to join a pilot group, in order to test a board game.

The 8 testers came to the same conclusion: the board game was a disaster and the game had to be developed again from A-Z.

Then, I decided to list what could be the key success drivers when you are designing a serious game; and I have created that slide.

One day, I should update this slide, embedding the other success drivers, listed in the various posts that I have published these past years.
