Few month ago, a Nestlé HR Program Director asked me to write a report explaining how serious games could be used to recruit.

I know that I have already posted examples on that topic but in that case, it is interesting to notice that the SNCF is satisfied by this approach and decided to renew the experience with this second edition of the game.

The attached video is in French, but please find the key figures:

  • website visitors: 80,000

  • highschools and universities participating : 145

  • candidates: 5,220

  • collected CV: 387

  • finishers: 350
