MISIVIAS: the online recruitment tool


In France, recruiters pay a particular attention to diplomas and professional experience of the candidates.

Nevertheless, motivation, adaptability and personal interests of the candidate are often underestimated.

I think it is time to rebalance this way to recruit because the diploma does not guarantee that the new employee will be able to adapt to the team, the corporate culture or the working methods in place.

PEPCo has created a Serious Game which is assessing skills and behaviours throughout realistic 3D virtual situations. This approach encourages companies to recruit candidates based on their actual abilities evaluated by scenarios.
