"Few years ago", e-learning was supposed to be THE SOLUTION which should resolve all training and learning challenges.
At the end of the day; this is not systematically true.
This video is a summary of the limitations of the current approach to e-learning courses and a suggested alternative approach to on-line learning.
If you embed gamification elements, in the instructional design of your current e-learning, you can really boost the learning experience.
