Sales Training: Roadwarrior


To motivate and engage Sales Reps to stay on top of the latest products and services, SAP implemented an application called Roadwarrior which is a sort of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” multiple choice game where Sales Reps simulate a “pre-call planning” session with a customer.

As they answer questions correctly, Sales Reps are able to level up and gain badges.
